Journal's PEER REVIEW proces

The Editors will assemble an Editorial Board, whose membership includes subject area experts willing to act as potential reviewers and who would have agreed in advance to serve the journal. Prior publishing, all original articles submitted to the Journal are peer reviewed.

The manuscript is sent to two Editorial Board members who are determined by the editor according to their expertise, external reviewers are also kindly invited, if the article topic it is requiring this. The original article is sent to the reviewers in an electronic form with a submission ID number with the full title of manuscript, reviewer do not knowing the name of author(s).

Reviewers are asked to evaluate the manuscript for accuracy, support for the conclusions, appropriateness of recommendations and bibliography. Reviewers may recommend acceptance of the manuscript or may recommend revisions for style and/or content. Reviewers have 30 days to review a manuscript.

When a revision is required, the author(s) are to consider the comments offered by the reviewers, and should send back the revised version of the manuscript in 30 days. This should be accompanied by a letter detailing the changes made, as well as an explanation for changes not made. Reviewers may request more than one revision of a manuscript.

First step is the abstract sending to acceptance/rejection and, in the case of acceptance, the full manuscript is sending to the official reviewer accompanied by a Manuscript Evaluation Form (see the Forms) where the referee makes quality assessments, appropriate recommendations and finally express her/his objective decision.

Final Evaluation

After final favorable review, the Editor make the final decision regarding publication of articles. Time from submission to publication of the scientific papers, may vary from 6 weeks to maximum 16 weeks depending on the corrections, the overall review stages being: receiving/notification of the scientific papers and of reviewers (1 week), review stage/notifications for corrections (2-8 weeks), acceptance/ rejection notification of the papers (4-16 weeks).
